Rules to the elements. You can have three basic elements or two basic one advanced element. Rinnegan (Rinne) Users can only have basic elements but can earn all basic elements.
1st element is free comes with your character as genin, chuunin and Jounin
2nd element cost 1000 words as a chuunin unless you started with it on your app free for chuunin and Jounin
3rd element - free to jounin on character app to train cost 2000 words
4th element - 3000 (Rinne user)
5th 3500 words (Rinne user)
